Warranty

  • New Products: Nimo PC new products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
    • During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all repair services and shipping costs.
    • Simply provide your proof of purchase and SN to claim warranty service.

  • Refurbished Products: Nimo PC refurbished products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Definition of Malicious Damage:

  • Any product damage resulting from abnormal use is considered malicious damage.
  • This includes but is not limited to:
    • Exposing the product to extreme temperatures or humidity
    • Dropping or impacting the product
    • Disassembling or modifying the product
    • Using unauthorized accessories or software
    • Using the product for purposes other than its intended use
